The challenge
High-ranking pages were pulling solid traffic, but bounce rate sat at 80% and the average session lasted about 8 seconds. Digging into the behavior flow, the landing pages were dated: content did not match search intent, pages loaded slowly, and the calls to action were unclear.
What I did
- Analyzed user behavior flow in Google Analytics to locate the drop-off.
- Rebuilt the website around what visitors were actually searching for.
- Restructured the content to align with user intent.
- Added relevant internal links across the site.
- Improved page speed.
- Repositioned the calls to action for clarity.
